BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Standard Check-in and Check-out Time:

• Check-in: 4:00 – 9:00 PM (local time)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM (local time)
• Requests for early check-in, late night check-in or late check-out are subject to availability.

2. Cleaning fee: An end-of-stay cleaning fee of 80 € is not included in the regular price. This is charged separately.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of 250 € is required. This is refundable, provided it is not consumed for any damages, loss or unsettled charges during your stay.

Cancellation & Refund: Please note that cancellations and refunds are not permitted once payment has been made. In the event of a no-show, the full payment will be forfeited.

Booking Guarantee: To complete your reservation, kindly pay the full amount. Payment instructions will be sent to your email after submitting your booking request. Please ensure you have read and understood the booking details and terms & conditions.

Online Registration: As required by the Spanish government, all guests are required to accomplish an online registration through the official portal. The link will be sent to your email when your booking is confirmed.

Important Booking & Payment Notice:

To ensure the safety and authenticity of your reservation, please note the following:

• All official communication regarding bookings and payment instructions will come exclusively from our official email address: info@lospinosholidays.es.
• If you booked through our official website at www.lospinosholidays.es, do not send payments to any other email address or through any third party not clearly authorized by Los Pinos Holidays.
• Once we have received your payment, you will receive an official booking confirmation email from us.

HOW TO BOOK:

1. Select ALL dates you want to book (from arrival to departure date).
2. Provide your information (name, contact information, etc.).
3. Select your apartment.
4. Click on “Submit Booking Request”.
5. Check your email for the payment instructions and booking details.
